Your baby’s birth and life are unique and sacred experience that deserve to be treated as such. You deserve to feel safe, heard, and advocated for in your birthing experience, and making these goals come to life is my top priority. In today’s age of information-overload, decision making can be difficult without a partner to help. My practices are evidence based and guided by what your intuition tells us is best for you and your baby. From me, you will receive physical and emotional support as well as knowledge and evidence based resources. I am deeply honored to assist every family I help, and am hopeful to be a resource to you as well.
Full Spectrum Support
You deserve to be full supported through your birthing experience. To best support you, my full birth support package includes:
♥ 24/7 On Call Birth Support from the time you hire me.
♥ Text/Phone Support for any and all Questions you have
♥ Two Prenatal Visits, so that we may get acquainted, review your birth plan, and address your questions.
♥ Support During Your Labor, starting from the time you feel you are in need of my support.
♥ One Postpartum visit, so that we may debrief you birthing experience.

I offer Postpartum support to meet you where you’re at with your needs. Daytime support includes tasks such as:
♥ Baby care (feeding, soothing, diaper changes, sitting)
♥ Light housework assistance (Laundry, dishes, tidying)
♥ Basic meal prep
♥ Assistance with pet care
♥ And more, flexible to your needs

Need an extra set of hands in the home so you can get some well deserved rest? I’m here to help! Overnight services include:

About Me
My name is Lauren, and I started my doula journey in the spring of 2024. I am nearing completion of my Full Spectrum Doula training with Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings. BADT courses are designed to be socially conscious, culturally appropriate, diverse, action-oriented, and centered in reproductive justice; All amazing reasons I chose to study with this program. To supplement this training, I have been shadowing under
the Expert Doula, Sarah Osborne, who continues to impart invaluable knowledge to serve birthing people to me. When I’m not busy with assignments, clients, and shadowing, I love diving into all birth related books!
I have always had a love for caretaking, and when I learned of birth work it immediately struck me as my life’s calling. My intention is for every birthing person to feel safe, heard, and advocated for in their birthing experience. My goal is to help guide you through a birthing experience as closely aligned to your goals as possible - and help you feel empowered and satisfied when life strays from the path of your plans.
I was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, but relocated to Kent Washington in the summer of 2025 to be closer to my family. In my personal life beyond birth work, I am an enthusiast of furry friends and a mom to three boy cats and a sweet chihuahua girl. I enjoy taking my pup on adventures and getting to know the beautiful Washington scenery! In addition to furry friends, I’m enthusiastic about reading, baking sweet treats, and spending time with my sisters.
